I believe there is a light in the darkness. That love wins. That there is more going on around us and within us than we can ever know. Even though we aren’t capable of being fully aware of this mystery of God’s presence, but we have within us the capacity to pay attention, to notice, and to live more deeply into this wisdom if we give ourselves permission and time. I’m a Christian minister, a Presbyterian pastor. I figured out how to be religious a long time ago. But I’m not so great at being spiritual. And what I want more than anything is to tune into the spiritual life that is larger than me and yet still within me. It’s within you, too.
